Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains when payments to CoatFlow (operated by Jordan Levin, an individual doing business as Levology Labs, 31881 Via Puntero, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675) are and are not refundable. "Photo renders" and "video renders" are collectively "Renders."
Monthly subscriptions
- Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for unused monthly allotment, except as required by law or as stated below.
- 14-day satisfaction guarantee (first subscription only). If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund that first month, provided you have used no more than 20 photo renders and 1 video render. This applies once per customer.
Top-up credit packs
- Top-up credits are digital goods delivered instantly. Purchases are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used.
- If you have not used any credit from a top-up pack, you may request a refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Failed renders
If a render fails on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance; you are never charged a credit for a render we could not deliver. AI renders that complete but that you simply do not like are not eligible for a credit refund; the instant, free in-browser visualizer is there to help you choose a blend before spending a render.
Billing errors & duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error or twice, contact jordan@coatflow.org within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct verified errors.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: we can usually resolve issues faster. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending resolution.
How to request a refund
Email jordan@coatflow.org from your account email with your account email address, the charge date and amount, and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
