Plans and billing
Open Billing in your account to view the plans and credit packs available to you. Your live account shows the current prices and allowances; use them when deciding what to buy. If CoatFlow set up your visualizer for you, your plan and pricing follow your agreement with CoatFlow.
Choose or change a plan
Each plan card shows its monthly price, photo renders, video renders and video length. Fence previews and walkthroughs use the same photo and video renders as any other preview. The action label tells you its state:

| Choose | Select a plan when you do not yet have one. |
| Switch | Open checkout for a different plan. |
| Current plan | Identifies your active plan and cannot be selected again. |
| Redirecting | The account is opening checkout. Wait for that page. |
Review the plan and payment details in checkout before confirming. If you leave without completing checkout, do not assume your plan has changed.
Manage payment details or cancel
When your account has billing set up, select Manage billing / cancel. This opens the billing portal. Follow the options shown there to manage billing or cancellation, and review the timing and terms shown.
Add credits
Credit packs are available on top of a monthly plan. Select Buy on the pack you want and review checkout. Before you subscribe, these controls show Subscribe first and are disabled.
Photo and video packs are separate. Check the pack type and quantity before completing the purchase.
After checkout
Return to your account and open Usage. Payment updates may take a moment to appear. Refresh after a short wait if your balance has not updated. If it still looks wrong, contact support with the account email and purchase details.
Plan names, prices, allowances and available packs can change. Your live account is the source for your plan.
