Get back to your fence

Start with the symptom you see. Keep your original photo and export any preview you need before clearing browser data.

My photo will not upload

Check that the file is 10 MB or smaller. Try a JPG copy if the browser cannot read the original, particularly an HEIC photo. If the camera is unavailable, take the picture in your camera app and upload it afterward.

Use this fence line is unavailable

The line needs at least two points. Tap once where the fence starts and once where it ends, or drag a line between them. To skip drawing, select Choose placement for me.

The fence is in the wrong place

  • Draw along the ground where the posts will stand, not along the top of the fence.
  • Add a point at every corner or bend.
  • If you used Choose placement for me, draw the line yourself instead.
  • Retake the photo with more of the ground along the fence line in view.

Select Edit fence placement, redraw the line, select a stain again and then Render photo.

I cannot find a stain

Set Formulation and Opacity back to their "All" choices. Some color names exist in both formulations as different products, so check the product code on the tile. If the picker says No verified stains in this combination, no product matches both filters. There is no oil-based solid stain, for example.

Render photo is disabled

Confirm a fence line and select a stain first. Close the placement step if it is open. Wait for any current render to finish; the button stays disabled while one is in progress so a second request does not start.

I chose a new stain but the photo did not change

Selecting a stain does not render it. Check the selected name, then select Render photo. A saved preview from Your library opens without rendering again.

The fence looks different from the style card

Each preview is generated on your own photo, so details such as board spacing can vary between renders. Render again, or choose the style closest to what you want. Your contractor confirms the final construction on site.

Rendering is slow or failed

Keep the page open while it works. A photo render usually takes about 15 seconds; a video takes longer and can take several minutes. Check Your library for pending work before submitting the same request again.

Read the error message. Try again for a temporary failure. If it asks you to sign in, complete sign-in first. If it mentions a limit or allowance, the contractor or account owner needs to review the available credits. If the photo itself is the problem, use Try another photo and upload a clearer one.

I cannot find Render video

Video must be enabled for the visualizer. Render a still preview first, then open Actions. Some sites require sign-in before filming, and the control becomes a sign-in link until you do. A site may also film with fixed settings without showing the settings sheet.

I cannot find my saved work

Check the browser, device, website and account you used before. When signed out, the library stays in that browser only. Clearing website data or ending a private browsing session can remove it.

In the library, open the photo, then the style, to find a stain preview. If Cloud library is enabled, sign in to the same visitor account and let the library load. Export important previews rather than relying only on browser storage.

Compare is missing or has only one preview

The feature must be enabled. Render a second stain or style on the same original photo. Check the Your library tab for Compare if it is not beside the preview. A comparison uses two previews of one photo, not unrelated images.

Export or Share did not save a file

Check your Downloads folder or finish the save action in the phone's share sheet. If the file opened in a new tab, use the browser's save tools. If direct sharing is blocked, copy the link offered by the visualizer. Retry Export after the image has finished loading.

My quote was not sent

Look for highlighted fields. Name, email, a phone number with area code, a 5-digit ZIP code and a project type are required. Correct them and send again. Wait for Sent to [contractor] before treating the request as delivered. If the button opened the contractor's website, complete that site's form; opening the link alone does not send a request.

The widget does not work on my website

  1. Check that you pasted the complete code from your own account's Embed tab.
  2. Confirm that the website builder allows scripts in the block you used.
  3. Test the published page rather than only the website editor.
  4. Add the exact website origin to Authorized websites and select Save websites.
  5. Include the root domain and www version if both are used.
  6. Review Usage if the widget opens but new renders are refused.

Do not remove all authorized websites unless you mean to disable access. If an origin fails validation, use a full address like https://example.com, without a page path.

The widget still shows floor finishes

Check that Fencing contractor mode is selected in Visualizer, then select Save changes. Check the Live preview after it reloads, then refresh your published page. Make sure you are editing the account whose embed code is installed on that page.

Saved settings did not change the widget

Select Save changes in Visualizer. Check the Live preview after it reloads, then refresh your published page. Some features appear only after a preview is rendered.

My purchase or balance is not showing

Allow a short time after checkout, then refresh the account and open Usage. If it still looks incorrect, contact support with your account email and the checkout or receipt details. Your live account is the source for your plan and balance.

I cannot sign in

Check the email and sign-in method used to create the account. Complete email confirmation if required. If a Google return fails, return to sign-in and try again. An expired session requires signing in again.

The contractor dashboard has no password reset control. Contact CoatFlow if you are locked out. Visitor sign-in screens have their own recovery options.

Contact support

Use CoatFlow contact. Include the page URL, device and browser, what you tried and the error text. A screenshot helps. Account owners can include their account email, but should never share passwords or verification codes.
