Yes, as a done-for-you setup. Send us your color charts and we build your catalog from them: your flake blends, metallics, quartz and solid colors, under the names your supplier uses, so homeowners only see the floors you install. Until it is ready, your account shows the default catalog.

Stamped concrete, yes: our team adds it to your catalog, and the homeowner picks the stamp style, the base color and the antiquing. You can try it on our live demo. Flake, metallic, quartz and solid color render in every default catalog. Polished concrete, LVP, tile, hardwood and carpet are coming later, with no dates yet. Yes, the look of them. A polyaspartic or one-day garage floor is usually a flake broadcast or a solid color, and the visualizer shows that color and pattern on the homeowner's own slab. It does not show the chemistry: cure time, gloss and wear are yours to explain at the estimate.

No. They use it anonymously on your website: no sign-up, no login, nothing to download.

Yes. Open the visualizer on your website from a phone or tablet at the estimate, photograph the slab and show your finishes on their own floor in about 15 seconds, then film a walkthrough video of it for whoever else decides. Those previews use photo credits, the same as a homeowner's.

iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. Today CoatFlow runs in the browser on any iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, with nothing to install, so your team can use it at the estimate right now. Homeowners never need an app.

They are used to generate the preview through our AI provider, and they are never sold. On the demo here on coatflow.io, the photo and the preview may be kept for up to 90 days so we can see how the demo is used and improve it; they are deleted after that and never sold or shared.

Paste one script tag on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow or any HTML site, or add a custom element on Wix. Then list your website under Authorized websites in your account. That is the whole install. If you would rather not touch it, we set it up with you.

It runs on your site under your company name and brand color, and the quote button sends them to your own quote page.

Yes. Every fence preview starts from their own photo; there are no sample yards. The widget takes JPG, PNG or HEIC files up to 10 MB, and on a phone it can open the camera directly.

No. It is a generated preview for choosing a look. Board spacing can vary from one render to the next, and a screen never shows a stain exactly. Height, gates, posts and hardware come from your quote and your on-site measure, and the widget tells homeowners so.

By default, the quote button opens your own quote or booking page, and the homeowner can save a preview to attach there. If we set up the in-widget quote form for you, the request arrives with their contact details, the timeline and budget when given, the yard photo, up to four previews and any walkthrough video, plus the style, the stain, the fence line, the approximate length and the number of gates. It goes to your inbox, GoHighLevel or a webhook for Zapier or Make.

Fencing mode applies to the whole visualizer on an account. If you want both a floor and a fence visualizer, contact us and we set up the second one.

One kickoff call, then approve the messages before anything goes out. After that you take the estimates we book and answer the conversations we hand you. On Pro, you also approve the ads and pay the ad budget to the ad platforms. We run the rest and send you a report every month.

Yes. Texts go out from a business number that is yours: the one you have, moved over, or a new local number that forwards to you. If you ever leave, your number and your contacts leave with you.

Plan on 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff. The phone carriers have to approve your business texting first, and we do that paperwork. We are onboarding our first shops now, so we confirm your date on the kickoff call. On Marketing Pro, the timeline for your ads, SEO and website is agreed on the same call. There is no setup fee.

Yes, at the volumes a coating business runs. If your usage ever heads well past normal, we tell you first, and nothing extra is billed without your OK.

Yes, on Marketing Pro: we create, manage and run your ads to bring in new leads, and report what they bring in every month. The ad spend itself is not in either plan: the ad platforms bill your budget to you directly, so you see every dollar.
