A TilesView alternative for epoxy contractors.

Looking for a TilesView alternative for coating work? CoatFlow is a floor visualizer built for coating contractors: a homeowner uploads a photo of their own garage, patio or pool deck on your website, sees your finish on it in about 15 seconds, and can turn that preview into a short walkthrough video. It is made only for coatings: flake, metallic, quartz and solid color, from your own color charts.

Disclosure. We make CoatFlow and are not affiliated with TilesView. Every TilesView fact here comes from its own website on October 6, 2026, linked where it appears. Prices change: email jordan@coatflow.org if anything here is out of date.

Key takeaways

  • TilesView is a multi-surface visualizer for stores, distributors and manufacturers, and epoxy is one of the 17 surface types it lists.
  • Billed monthly, TilesView starts at $130 a month; the $87 rate its pricing page opens on is the annual plan, a one-year commitment.
  • CoatFlow is built for coating contractors: the homeowner's own floor in about 15 seconds, then a walkthrough video, from $99 a month.
  • TilesView keeps private labelling and its product inquiry form for Premium; CoatFlow is white-labeled, with a quote button, on both plans.
  • Already use a CRM? Keep it. CoatFlow sends every lead straight into it: their name, phone number and email, plus the photo of their floor and the picture of it with your finish.

The short answer

TilesView alternative: two tools built for different jobs

TilesView sells to the store side of flooring. Its FAQ and solutions menu name manufacturers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce stores and designers, and its menu lists 17 surface types, from tile and marble to wallpaper and rugs. Epoxy flooring is one of them.

CoatFlow sells to the crew that puts the floor down. A homeowner uploads a photo of their own slab on your website, sees your finish on it in about 15 seconds, then the quote button sends them to you. Here is how the widget works, step by step.

What it costs

TilesView pricing vs CoatFlow pricing

TilesView's pricing page opens on its annual rates. Here are its monthly prices too, next to ours.

TilesView pricing comes in three plans, plus custom quotes for large accounts. Its packages page opens on a toggle that reads "Annual plan (-33%)". Switch to Monthly plan and Basic is $130 a month, Standard $170 and Premium $350, and its FAQ says the features are the same either way.

TilesView and CoatFlow plans, as each company lists them
Plan Billed monthly Annual plan rate Own-photo allowance a month
TilesView Basic $130 a month $87 a month 125 AI room uploads
TilesView Standard $170 a month $114 a month 600 AI room uploads
TilesView Premium $350 a month $234 a month 1,500 AI room uploads
CoatFlow Starter or Pro $99 or $149 a month $79 or $119 a month, billed yearly 300 or 600 photo credits

These are different units. TilesView counts room uploads, and its pages do not say how many products one upload can preview. CoatFlow counts previews: each finish on a photo uses one photo credit. TilesView prices from its FAQ, which states both billing options.

Month to month, Starter costs less than Basic and Pro less than Standard. On TilesView's annual plan, Basic drops to $87 a month for a one-year commitment; billed yearly, Starter is $79 a month and Pro $119. Our pricing page lists both of our plans in full.

Want the visualizer under your own brand, with a quote request inside it? TilesView marks private labelling and product inquiry for Premium only, at $350 a month billed monthly or $234 a month on the annual plan. CoatFlow's widget carries your company name and brand color, with a quote button, on Starter at $99.

One limit to know: TilesView caps daily visitors (500 sessions a day on Basic), and its FAQ says visitors past the cap may not reach the visualizer until sessions refresh or you upgrade. CoatFlow counts previews against monthly photo credits, with top-up packs for a busy month.

Their epoxy page

What the TilesView epoxy visualizer covers

The TilesView epoxy visualizer is one page on its site, and the page says the same visualizer handles a wide range of flooring and wall materials. A visitor uploads a room photo and applies coatings in real time, from metallic and flake to solid color, in a garage, showroom or home.

What it leaves out matters to a coating contractor. The page names no broadcast quartz system, no coating supplier and no video of the floor, and says nothing about who follows up with the homeowner.

  • Your finishes go in as product images (JPG files) that you upload in its admin panel, and its FAQ offers help migrating existing product data.
  • Add-on credits (350 to 2,000 by plan) pay for its Pro Mode, which it says improves placement, lighting and realism.
  • It also offers in-store kiosks and QR codes for showrooms.

CoatFlow covers flake floors, metallic epoxy, broadcast quartz and solid color, set up by our team from your own color charts.

The CoatFlow side

Where CoatFlow fits a coating contractor better

Differences we can back up, from our own product and TilesView's own pages.

The same photo before the preview, with the floor as it is todayBefore
AI preview: A contractor's concrete patio and steps with the crew prepping the slab, then the same photo in Creek Bed flakePreview
A contractor's patio photo, then the same photo in Creek Bed flake: an illustrative AI preview, not a photo of the installed floor.
  • Their floor, then a video of it.

Any preview becomes a short walkthrough clip in a few minutes: an illustrative AI video of the preview, not footage of an installed floor. TilesView lists no video.

    How walkthrough videos work
  • Your brand on both plans.

White-labeled: your company name and brand color, with no CoatFlow branding in the widget your customers use. TilesView keeps private labelling for Premium: $350 a month billed monthly, or $234 a month on the annual plan.

  • A catalog set up for you.

Your flake blends, metallics, quartz and solid colors, built by our team from your color charts, with no setup fee.

    Browse the finish families
  • Follow-up, run for you.

On Pro, our team sets up and runs lead follow-up for you on GoHighLevel: texts and emails that chase every visualizer lead to a booked estimate. TilesView captures leads; its pages list no follow-up run for you.

  • One script tag.

On WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML, or a custom element on Wix.

Your questions

Need what TilesView has? Here is how CoatFlow does it

Thinking of switching? Here is each thing you might ask about, and what CoatFlow does.

  • Can it show tile, wood or wallpaper?

No. CoatFlow is made only for coatings, so every screen is about flake, metallic, quartz and solid color. Your catalog is built from your own color charts, so homeowners see the floors you really put down.

    Browse the finish families
  • I want quote requests in my CRM.

Already use a CRM? Keep it. When a homeowner asks for a quote, CoatFlow sends it straight to your CRM: their name, phone number and email, plus the photo of their floor and the picture of it with your finish. Our team hooks it up for you. The quote button is on both plans.

  • My whole team needs to use it.

Every rep can open the visualizer on your website from their phone. Every lead lands in one place: your CRM or your inbox.

  • I sell from a showroom.

CoatFlow runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install, so a tablet in your showroom works too. No photo yet? 3 built-in demo rooms (a garage, a patio and a pool deck) preview every finish right away.

  • I want it to cost less.

Starter is $99 a month, and the widget for your website is included. Month to month, that is less than TilesView Basic. Billed yearly, Starter is $79 a month.

    See our pricing
  • I want to try it before I pay.

Start the 7-day free trial: 50 photo credits and 2 video credits. Your card goes on file, and if you cancel before day 7, you pay nothing.

  • I use other software too.

Our team can also send every lead to your inbox, or to a webhook for Zapier or Make.

What to check for coating work

  • TilesView lists no video of the floor.
  • Private labelling and the product inquiry form are on Premium only.
  • You upload your finishes as product images.
  • Leads and daily visitor sessions are capped by plan, and no follow-up is listed.
  • Its monthly price at entry is higher, unless you commit to a year.

Test before you buy

How to test any epoxy floor visualizer on a real job

A trial only helps if you test it on the photos homeowners actually send.

  1. 01

    Pick three hard photos.

A garage with a truck in it, a patio shot at an angle, and a dim shop. Demo rooms hide problems.

  2. 02

    Run what you quote most.

Your top flake blend and one metallic, on all three photos.

  3. 03

    Check the edges.

Walls, cabinets and tires should stay put, and the floor should follow the slab's perspective.

  4. 04

    Walk the homeowner path.

On a phone: what do they fill in before they see a floor, and where does the lead land?

Run your own photo through CoatFlow

Try it on a garage or patio photo now, or start the 7-day trial on your site: 50 photo credits and 2 video credits. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.

Making the move

Switching from TilesView to CoatFlow

Four steps, and the catalog is our job, not yours.

  1. 01

    Start the trial.

Keep TilesView running while you test, and send us your color charts.

  2. 02

    Swap the embed.

Replace the TilesView code with CoatFlow's script tag (a custom element on Wix) and authorize your web addresses.

  3. 03

    Point the quote button.

At your quote or booking page in Housecall Pro, Jobber or any CRM. Or we set up GoHighLevel and route leads there.

  4. 04

    Time the cancellation.

TilesView's payment and refund terms say access runs to the end of the billing period and fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Its FAQ says an annual plan is a one-year commitment, cancelled at the end of the term.
