How realistic are the previews?
Close enough to choose a floor by, and honest about what they are: AI-generated previews, not photos of a finished job. The widget tells homeowners so, and your on-site measure decides the final spec.
What happens to uploaded photos?
They are used to generate the preview through our AI provider, and they are never sold. On the demo here on coatflow.io, the photo and the preview may be kept for up to 90 days so we can see how the demo is used and improve it; they are deleted after that and never sold or shared.
Is it only for garage floors?
No. It previews any floor a homeowner can photograph, indoors or out: garages, patios, pool decks, shop floors. The demo rooms are a garage, a patio and a pool deck, so someone without a photo can still try every finish.
Can a homeowner compare finishes on one photo?
Yes. Each finish they pick renders on the same photo in about 15 seconds, and with Compare view switched on they can line up two to four previews side by side. Each preview uses one photo credit.
Can my team use it at the estimate?
